Circdal, a Printerior company, operates “file to finish”, transforming digital design files directly into finished architectural surfaces through advanced 3D printing techniques. Circdal is the architectural design arm of Printerior, merging digital precision with material innovation to create fully circular surface systems made from recycled and reclaimable materials. Each project moves seamlessly from concept to fabrication, uniting design freedom, sustainable production, and architectural performance in one continuous process.
File
Each project begins as a precise CAD model, engineered for direct translation from file to print. This digital workflow ensures accuracy, efficiency, and complete design freedom.
Pellet
Every Circdal product starts with rPETG WF — a blend of 97% recycled PETG plastic and reclaimed wood fibers. Pelletized in-house by Printerior, it’s built for strength, precision, and circular reuse.
Large-format robotic 3D printing brings designs to life directly from their digital model—zero molds and zero waste. The process captures complex geometry details while minimizing material use and CO₂ output.
Design Freedom
Final Product
Finished systems are designed for easy installation. Each product is 100% recyclable and can be reclaimed, reprocessed, and reprinted through Circdal’s Circular Design Service—closing the material loop.
