Circdal 3D Prints 25-Foot Feature Wall for KI's New Inspiration Center

Circdal designed and 3D printed two feature walls over 25 ft long and made of 97% recycled material for KI's new Inspiration Center, which debuted at Fulton Market Design Days 2026.

KI debuted its new Inspiration Center at Fulton Market Design Days in June 2026, with Circdal a named design partner alongside Shaw Contract, Wilsonart, and more. Two of the feature screen walls are Circdal's, printed in Missouri from plastic that, weeks earlier, had been food packaging on its way to a landfill.
Circdal’s walls did the job open-plan floors need; they divided space into zones, while maintaining openness, natural light, and connectivity. Move a few steps to either side of Circdal’s feature walls and the blocks open and close as you pass.
Material came from plastic waste.
Both of KI's screens began as food packaging waste. Circdal collects that material, cleans and shreds it, pelletizes it into a 97% recycled material, then prints at full architectural scale with our large-format robot.
No molds. No waste.
And it’s 100% circular by design. When ready for a new design, Circdal can take back prints, reprocesses the material, and re-print it into whatever product you want next.
